Ignatius J. Power (November 14, 1942 – September 12, 2013) It is with great sadness that the family of Ignatius J. Power of Epworth, announces his passing at his residence on September 12, 2013, at the age of 70 years. Leaving to mourn father Lawrence Power residing at US Memorial Hospital, St. Lawrence, brothers Joseph Power (Elizabeth) of Marystown, Patrick Power of Epworth, Edward Power (Mary) of Terrenceville and Aloysius Power (Maureen); sisters Elizabeth Croft of Toronto, Ursula Woodford (Don) of Labrador City, Carmelita Shellbolt of Nova Scotia and Emma Tibbitts (Robert) of Nova Scotia; 9 nieces, 4 nephews, and brother-in-law John Kirby plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by mother Mary Power and sister Joan. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin at a time and date to be announced. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made to the Power family.
