Ewart Vallis (May 30, 1928 – October 31, 2013) Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on Thursday October 31, 2013 Ewart Vallis of Grand Bank age 85 years. Predeceased by wife Dorothy Vallis, parents Margaret and Edwin Vallis. Leaving to mourn: partner of 22 years Mae Hawkins; daughters Sandra (Dave), Edwina (Vince), Marilyn (Bill) and Betty-Ruth, (Greg), 16 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren. Special family, Paul, Tara, Chantille and Lauren. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Visitation will take place on Friday NS Saturday from 2 pm – 4 pm and 7 pm – 9 pm. Funeral Service will take place at 2 pm on Sunday, November 3, 2013, from Grand Bank United Church. Cremation to follow.
