EILEEN POWER (1954-2013) It is with great sadness that the family of the late EILEEN POWER of Marystown, announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, on Saturday, November 16, 2013, at the age of 58. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories husband Dave of 36 years; son Evan (Donna) of Marystown, mother Winnifred Smith of Brookside; stepson Cecil (Leslie) Tucker of Lethbridge; step-grandchildren Jayda and Graysen Tucker of Lethbridge; sisters Frances (Flloyd) Matterface of Boat Harbour, and Ashley (Aaron) Smith of Lawn; brothers Bruce (Elsie) Smith of Brookside, Les (Linda) Smith of Marystown, Brian (Marjorie) Smith of Brookside, Doug (Pauline) Smith of St. Bernard’s, Walt (Beatrice) Smith of Marystown, and Johnny (Krista) Smith of Medicine Hat, AB; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by her father John Smith. Resting and visitation will take place from Wiseman’s Funeral Homes, in Marystown, on Sunday, November 17th from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m; Monday, November 18th from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m; and Tuesday, November 19th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, November 19th at 2:00 p.m., from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown. Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in Marystown.
