ROY KEEPING (1931-2013) It is with great sadness that the family of the late ROY KEEPING of Harbour Mille announces his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin, on Sunday, December 22, 2013, at the age of 82. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories son Morris of Harbour Mille; daughters Evelyn Pardy (Herbert) of Harbour Mille, Esther Pardy (Aubrey) of Grand Prairie, AB, Marjorie Myles (Ernie) of Brooks, AB, Christine Nepinak of Grand Prairie, AB and Cathy Ann Keeping (Chesley House) of Harbour Mille; sisters Katherine Barnes (Frank), Madeline Barnes and Janet Pardy (Roy); brothers James (Florence) and Reginald (Ena); 13 grandchildren Wendy, Cyril, April, Shannon, Adrienne, Joy, Mandy, Jamie, Elaine, Hope, Riley, Wyatt and Crystal; 17 great-grandchildren; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Alma; parents Harvey and Janet Keeping; son-in-law Wallace Nepinak; brother-in-law Wilson Barnes; sisters Lucy Boudreau, Ann Kelland and baby sister Esther. Resting and visitation will take place from St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Harbour Mille on Monday, December 23, beginning at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 24, all day and December 25, at a time to be announced. The Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, December 26, at a time to be announced. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery in Harbour Mille.
