    3. Abigail Elaine Piercey (February 24, 1935 – December 28, 2013) Passed away at Blue Crest Nursing Home Grand Bank on Saturday, December 28,2013 Abigail Elaine Piercy age 78 years. Predeceased by mother Ena Pike Dunford, father Raymond Pike, step father Maxwell Dunford and daughter in law Sharyn Power-Piercy. Leaving to mourn with loving memories of her smiling face and fun times daughter Joanne (Jim) king,of Grand Bank, and son Jim (Margaret) Piercy, of Mount Pearl. Their father Harold (Bonnie) Piercy, sister Judy (Bruce) Buffett. Her favorite and only granddaughter Raelle (Mark) King, five grandsons; Steven (Kelyn) King, David (Shauna) King, Matthew (Nahed) Piercy, Mark (Sandra) Piercy, Michael (Susan) Piercy. Great grandchildren Grace and Ivy King, Taylor and Reid Piercy. Step grandchildren Ricky and Jessie Greenwood, Julie Myers, and Quentin Gismondi. Nieces Jeanne (John) Brookbank, Shelly Buffett and Families. A small loving extended family,and a huge circle of friends including " The Crazy Hat Ladies", long time buddies Karen Hickman, Phyllis Angel, Dorothy Acreman, & Pam Roberts. Companion and special friend to the end Viola Maria Hoddinott. Cremation has taken place with public visitation and service at the Grand Bank United Church to be announced at a later date. Donations in Abigail's memory may be made to the Grand Bank United Church Tower Fund. HYNES of St. Bernard’s, announces her passing at the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank, on Friday, December 27 2013, at the age of 75. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are husband Patrick of 46 years; daughters Barbara (Charles) Dominaux of Bay L’Argent, Sharon (Guy) Scott of Little Harbour East and Amanda (Paul) Harris of St. Bernard’s; sons Patrick (Peggy) of Medicine Hat, AB, and Bradley (Brandy) of Lethbridge, AB; 8 grandchildren Robert, Marcus, Madison, Cameron, Chloe, Paul, Emma, and Mason; 1 great-grandchild Liam; sisters Phyllis (Stewart) Scott of Jacques Fountain, and Alice Burton of St. John’s; brothers Michael (Margaret) Saint of St. Bernard’s, Ronald (Marcie) Saint of Marystown, Gordon (Susie) Saint of St. Bernard’s, Eric Saint of St. Bernard’s, and Stanley Saint of St. Bernard’s; sister in law Margaret Saint of Brooks, AB; brother in law Kevin Pardy of Terrenceville; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by parents Ambrose and Annie Saint, sister Mary Pardy, and brother Charles Saint. Resting and visitation will take place from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, in St. Bernard’s, on Sunday, December 29th beginning at 2:00 p.m.; and Monday, December 30th all day. From where the Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, December 31st at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery in St. Bernard’s.
