Mary Margaret Hillier (July 17, 1933 – December 26, 2013) Passed peacefully away at Blue Crest Nursing Home Grand Bank, on Thursday December 26, 2013 Mary Margaret Hillier age 80 Years. Predeceased by parents Ambrose and Katheleen Brigley, husband Donald, daughter Sandra Katheleen, grandson Anthony Clarke. Brothers Edward, Fred, Douglas, and sisters Jean, and Carolyn. Leaving to mourn with loving memories 3 boys Reg (Angela), Wayne (Brenda),Fred (Meta), all of Nova Scotia. 6 girls, Linda (Bob Hillier) of Nova Scotia, Mary Myles (Bill) of Nova Scotia, Shelia Butler of Grand Bank, Joanne Clarke (Brian) of Alberta, Carolyn Stewart (Jim) of Grand Bank, Wendy Follett (Paul Rumsey) of Grand Bank. 19 grandchildren Andrew, Jennifer, Timothy, Connie, Kevin, Donald, Madonna, David, Adam, Sandra, Jeff, Christopher, Candace, Steven, Stephanie, Travis, Mitchell, Angela, and Jason. 20 great-grandchildren Cole, Mia, Selena, Eoin, Isabelle, Jessica, Jacob, Tabatha,Gabrielle, Dylan, Lily, Ava, Anthony, Hayden, Skyler, Shelby, Jesse, Ethan,Faith, and Aiden. Sister Pauline Boutilier (Sydney). Son-in law Tony Follett and special life-time friends Ruth Fougere of Halifax,and Dolly and Terry Hobin of Tantallon, Nova Scotia.Plus a large circle of other relatives and friends. Remains resting at Warren's Funeral Home Grand Bank on Friday December 27th 2 pm-4 pm (family only), public visitation 7 pm-9 pm and Saturday December 28th 2 pm-4 pm and 7 pm-9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Sunday December 29th at 2 pm from the Grand Bank Salvation Army Citadel. Interment to follow at the Grand Bank Salvation Army Cemetery.
