Doris Evans (July 10, 1920 – December 4, 2013) Passed peacefully away on December 4, 2013, at the Masonic Park Nursing Home, Mount Pearl, Doris Evans formerly of Grand Bank age 93 years. Predeceased by husband Arthur. Leaving to mourn with fond memories son Stan (Betty), daughter Judy Emberley (George), grandchildren Paul (Carla) Evans, Suzanne (Kerry) Ryan, Stephen (Nancy) Emberley, Joanne (Phil) White, great-grandchildren Jenna and Sarah Evans, Evan and Katelin Ryan, Nickolas Emberley, Lucas and Isabella White. Nieces and nephews. Plus a large circle of other relatives and friends. Visitation will take place on Thursday December 5, 2013. 1 pm-2 pm (Family Only), public visitation 2 pm-4 pm and 7 pm-9 pm. Friday December 6, 2013, 2 pm-4 pm and 7 pm-9 pm. Funeral service will take place on Saturday December 7,2013 at 2 pm from the Grand Bank United Church. Interment to follow at The Grand Bank United Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Doris's memory to the Deaf Ministry.
