It is with great sadness that the family of the late Gladys Price of Grand Bank announces her passing at the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank on Wednesday, January 4., 2017 at the age of 96. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons, Chesley (Margaret) of Burin, Gordon (Elaine) of Grand Bank; daughters, Edith (Gordon) May of Grand Bank, Susanne (Wayne) Thornhill of Fortune; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by son, Cyril Price; daughter, Irene Drake; and grandson, Perry Price. The Price family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman's Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 2 pm - 4 pm and 7 pm - 9 pm. The funeral service will take place at Wiseman's Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at a time to be announced. Interment will follow at The United Church Cemetery in Grand Bank.
