It is with great sadness that the family of the late JOHN LODER of Lamaliine announce his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the age of 79. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are Wife, Blanche, of 52 years; Sons, Marcel (Dorothy) of Gander, Derek of Lamaline, Corey (Juanita) of Spruce Grove; Daughters, Cindy (Les) of Flat Rock, Karen (Dean) of Lamaline, Tracey (Darrell) of Lamaline; Sisters, Edna Tilley (Grand Falls), Ruby Schwitz (Florida); 10 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by Parents, Thomas and Elizabeth Loder; and Brothers, Oliver Loder and Cyril Loder. Resting and visitation to take place from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Lamaline on Monday, January 30, 2017 and Tuesday, January 31, 2017 from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at 2 p.m. from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church in Lamaline. Interment to follow at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Cemetery in Lamaline. In John Loder’s memory flowers will be gratefully accepted.
