It is with great sadness that the family of the that the family of Martha Mary Turpin of St. Lawrence announces her passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center on February 11, 2017, at the age of 80 years. Leaving to mourn husband Fabian; sons Gene (Lorraine) , Phil (Sue), Larry (Darlene), Derek (Carrie), Dale (Pat), Frank (Eliza) and Greg (Debbie); daughter Cathy Armstrong (Joe) ; 21 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; sisters Lucy, Beth and Cress; brothers Sandy and Bill plus a large circle of other family and friends. Predeceased by daughter Francesca and son Sandy. Resting at St. Thomas Aquinas RC Church, St. Lawrence Sunday, February 12th from 6-9PM and all day Monday. Funeral Vigil - Monday at 7PM Funeral Mass to take place from St. Thomas Aquinas RC Church, St. Lawrence on Tuesday, February 14th at 11AM with interment following at Mount Cecilia Cemetery, St. Lawrence.
