It is with great sadness that the family of the late ELIZABETH LAWRENCE of Grand Bank announces her passing at St. Patricks Mercy Home in St. John’s on Friday November 30, 2018 at the age of 90. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are; sons, Roland (Trudy) of St. John’s, NL, George of Spruce Grove, AB, Ben (Leah) of Fort Saskatchewan, AB; daughter, Edna Price (Lloyd) of Lower Sackville, NS; sister, Joyce Keeping; brothers, Garfield Cox, Norman Cox (Bessie); sister-in-law, Hilda Cox; 10 grandchildren, Megan, Douglas, Makenzie, Maria, Samantha, Andrew, Steven, Cherilynn (Sean), Amanda (Jodi), Jeff (Melissa); 5 Great-grandchildren, Maliah, Devon, Carter, Reid, Lucas; plus a large circle of extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, George; parents, William & Evelyn Cox; infant children, Deborah, Winnifred; brothers, Phillip Cox, Benjamin Cox; sister, Sarah Cumben; sister-in-law, Bertha Cox; brothers-in-law, Charles Keeping, Wilfred Cumben. The Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Sunday, December 2nd from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm & 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral Service to take place at 11:00am from Wiseman's Funeral Homes, Grand Bank. Interment to follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery in Grand Bank. In Elizabeth’s memory, donations may be made to St. Alban’s Anglican Church Cemetery Fund. No flowers by request of the family.
