LEONA ELIZABETH HODDER (1945-2014) Passed peacefully away at Blue Crest Interfaith Home, Grand Bank, NL, on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, LEONA ELIZABETH HODDER, of Creston South, NL, in her 68th year. Leaving to mourn her loving sons Terry (Jackie), Creston South, Tony, Toronto, ON, Randy, St. Johns, Wayne, St. Johns, Rodney, St. Johns., mother Carrie May Noseworthy, Burin, 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; brothers Chris Noseworthy (Georgina), Burin, Bill Noseworthy (Sharon), Burin, Roy Noseworthy (Corey), Catalina, Glenn Noseworthy Brenda), Toronto, ON, sisters Catherine Kirby (Jim), Burin, Brenda White (Edgar), Burin, Kay Antle (Charles), Mortier, Phyllis Noseworthy Greg), Ontario, Shirley Clarke (Bill), Catalina; and a large number relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Willis Earl Hodder, daughter Evelyn, and brothers Ed, Doug, and Wayne Noseworthy. Resting at Peninsula Funeral Home, Creston South, on Sunday, Jan. 05, 2014 from 7 – 9 pm, and Monday, Jan. 06, 2014, 2 – 4 pm and 7 – 9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Calvary United Church, Creston South, on Tuesday, Jan. 07, 2014, at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the United Church Cemetery in Creston South. In lieu of flowers, in Leona’s memory, donations may be made to the family.
