CHARLES EDWARD CLARKE (1933-2013) Passed away suddenly at his home in Little Bay East, NL, on Monday, December 30, 2013, CHARLES EDWARD CLARKE, of Little Bay East, NL, in his 80th year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife, Margaret, daughter Elizabeth Dodge (Brian), Little Bay East, sons Claude (Wanda), Medicine Hat, AB, Stan (Gail), Little Bay East, Boyd (Elizabeth), Medicine Hat, AB, Albert, Medicine Hat, AB, and James, Paradise; 9 Grandchildren, Tanya, Tracy, Amanda, Natasha, Joshua, Brandon, Danielle, Melissa, and Gary; 4 Great Grandchildren, Damien, Twyla, Tyson, and Christian; brothers Bill (Mabel), Little Bay East and Haldean (Jesse), Red Harbour, sisters Hannah Thornhill (Lewis), Rosie Pittman, Little Bay East, sister in law Ivy Brushett, (Angus), Jacques Fountaine; special home care workers Rita Osborne and Nellie Pittman, and a large number relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Gladys Clarke, and sons Maxwell and Gary. Resting at Salem United Church, Little Bay East, on Wednesday at a time to be announced, and all day Thursday and until noon on Friday. The funeral service will be held at Salem United Church, Little Bay East, on Friday, Jan. 03, 2014, at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the United Church Cemetery in Little Bay East. In lieu of flowers, donations in Charles’ memory may be made to the Salem United Church, Little Bay East.
