JOSEPHINE HYNES (1918-2014) Passed peacefully away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre, Burin, NL, on Wednesday, January, 8, 2014, JOSEPHINE HYNES, of Jacques Fountaine, NL, in her 95th year. Leaving to mourn her loving sons, Thomas (Judy), Burlington, ON, John (Monica), St. Bernard’s, daughter Bernadette Freeborne (Clyde), Little Bay East; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and a large number relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Henry, son Harry, great grandchildren Henry and William, brothers Cecil, Nicholas, Thomas, Peter, Austin, and William, sisters Sarah Jo and Clara. Resting and visitation will take place from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, St. Bernard’s, on Wednesday, Jan. 8, beginning at 7 pm, and all day Thursday and Friday. The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, St. Bernard’s, on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014, at 2:00 pm. Interment will be at the Roman Catholic Church Cemetery in St. Bernard’s. In Josephine’s memory, flowers are gratefully accepted.
