Ernest Frederick Williams (April 20, 1931 – January 11, 2014) Passed peacefully away on January 11, 2014, at the Health Science Center, St. John’s, Ernest Frederick Williams of Burin at the age of 82 years. Leaving to mourn wife Elizabeth; daughters Marie Small (husband Tony) and Jean Hodder (husband Glen); son Brian (wife Kim). Ern was beloved grandfather of Debbie Sainsbury (John), Catherine Hunt (Paul), Michael Small (Lisa), Stephanie Hodder (Mark Snooks), Matthew and Sarah Williams; and great -grandchildren Chelsey Sainsbury, Jeremy and Adam Small, and Maelle Snooks; sisters Sheila Green (Kevin) and Georgina Martin (Ken) plus a large circle of other family and friends. Resting at Serenity Funeral Home, Burin Sunday from 7-9 pm and Monday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service to take place from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Ship Cove, Tuesday, January 14th at 2 pm with interment following at Anglican Cemetery, Hodder's Point.
