Bernice A. Bennett Passed away at the Health Science Center St. John's on Monday January 20, 2014, Bernice A. Bennett of Grand Bank, age 79 years. Predeceased by parents Maurice and Elizabeth Myles Bungay, husband Thomas W. Bennett, brother Orlando Myles, and sisters Annie Myles, Gladys (Alex) Hardy, and brother-in law John Bennett. Leaving to mourn; 3 children George (Mary) Bennett, Marie (Rick) Grikis, and Paul (Myra) Bennett. 5 grandchildren; Daven, Trevor, Melissa, Ramona, and Christine. 3 great-grandchildren; Emily, Jamie, and Jodie, sister Emily (Irving) Hamsted of New Hampshire, and sister-in law Hettie Bennett. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Remains resting at Warren's Funeral Home, Grand Bank on Tuesday January 21st, 2 pm-4 pm (Family Only), public visitation 7 pm-9 pm, and Wednesday January 22nd, 2 pm-4 pm- and 7 pm and 9 pm. Funeral service will take place on Thursday January 23rd at 2 pm from the Grand Bank United Church. Interment to follow at the Grand Bank United Church Cemetery. Donations in Bernice's memory may be made to the Grand Bank United Church Tower Fund, or Diabetes Association. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Warren's Funeral Home Grand Bank.
