It is with great sadness that the family of the late NORMA E. SIMMS of Grand Bank announces her passing at the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at the age of 71. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are husband Garfield of 51 years; son, Terry Simms (Dottie) of Grand Bank; sisters, Mary Price (Les), Phyllis Follett (Harvey), Glenda Stacey (Eric); brothers, Roy Kendall (Shirley), Lloyd Kendall (Terry); 2 grandchildren, Zachary Simms & Mitchell Simms (Nicole); plus a large circle of extended family and friends. She was predeceased by her daughter, Kelly Simms; parents, Clarence & Elsie Kendall; brother, Hubert Kendall; parents-in-law, James & Ettie Simms. The Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Grand Bank on Wednesday, October 17th and Thursday, October 18th from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm & 7:00pm to 9:00pm. A private family funeral service to take place. Cremation to follow. In Norma’s memory, donations may be made to St. Alban’s Anglican Church. No flowers by request of the family.
