It is with broken hearts that the family of the late JANET HOLLETT of Burin announces her passing. Janet passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Center in Burin on October 11, 2018 at the age of 71. Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her sons, Joseph (Pauline) of Burin and Ronald (Kim) of Alberta; daughters, Susie O’Toole (Peter) of Alberta and Doris Hanrahan (Junior) of Burin; 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; her sister Susan plus a large circle of extended family and friends. Janet was predeceased by her parents George and Doris Evans; husband Harry; daughter Sylvia Courage; sisters Mary and Margaret and brothers Ward and John. The Hollett Family will be accepting visitors at Peninsula Funeral Homes in Marystown on Saturday, October13 from 10am to 9pm and Sunday, October 14 from 1pm to 9pm. Funeral Service will take place at Salvation Army Faith & Hope Corps in Creston South on Monday, October 15, 2018 at 2pm. Interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery in Big Salmonier.
