Hello, i am looking for information on the pike family. My grandmother, alfreda pike, was born in spainairds bay in 1901 to joseph and julia pike. In 1904 julia and joseph had another child named caroline. I know julia and alfreda traveled to boston, massachusetts in 1907. At some point alfreda was adopted by the barretts. I can not find any information on this adoption. And i think they may have been relatedf but i can not find anything connecting them either. Julia remarried a man named thomas clifford in massachusetts. So i dont know if that means joseph had died or they got divorced or something. I also can not find out what happened to caroline. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
