STEWART of Jacques Fontaine, NL announces her passing at the Blue Crest Home in Grand Bank on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the age of 89. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are sons, John of St. John’s, Russell of St. John’s, George of Hamilton, ON, Arnold (Lisa) of Mortier, Jobie of Deer Island, NB, and Kevin (Wendy) of Hamilton, ON; daughters, Anne (George) Davis of Hamilton, ON, Bella (Shawn) Keating of Port Aux Bras, and Wanda Stewart of Burin; son-in-law Eric Pardy of Back Bay, NB; brother, George (Esther) Bishop of Bay L’Argent; 23 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband John Stewart; parents, John and Elizabeth Bishop; son, Arthur Stewart; daughters, Kathleen Pardy & Sheila Mitchell; daughter-in-law Ruby Stewart; son-in-law Larry Mitchell; and grandson Kevin Pardy. The Stewart Family will be accepting visitors at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in St. Bernard’s on Monday, October 3rdfrom 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, October 4th from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; and Wednesday, October 5th from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in St. Bernard’s on a date and time to be announced.
