Beulah Anstey-Bowser (February 19, 1923 - July 13, 2013) Anstey-Bowser, Beulah (Hickman), 90, Grand Bank, Nfld. passed away July 13, 2013 in Blue Crest Senior Home in Grand Bank Nfld. Born February 19, 1923 in Grand Bank, Nfld., she was a daughter of the late Margaret (Hynes) and Morgan Hickman. Beulah was predeceased by husbands William Bowser and John Ben Anstey; brothers Wilson Hickman and Morgan Hickman; sisters Jane Bowness, Edith Hickman, Ada Hickman, Margaret Hickman and daughter in law Glennis Bowser.
