    3. I have gotten ads from Ancestry for scrapbook pages with genealogy themes. You might check out their 'store' to see what they have, at least for ideas. You can probably find similar type things at a large craft store or a scrapbooking specialty store. If you don't have one nearby - their are plenty online. just type in scrapbooking supplies in google and you should be inundated.
