Tom and Ann Marie (Coombs) thank God for the safe and long awaited arrival of their first child, a precious daughter, Shannon Theresa, born Thursday November 20, 2003 at 9:36 p.m. at the Women`s Health Center. Shannon weighed in at exactly 9 lbs. Proud and loving grandparents are Tom and Theresa Coombs and Peter and Angela Barry, all of Freshwater, Placentia Bay. Welcoming Shannon is a great family of aunts, uncles and cousins who have been so good to us. We would like to thank especially Dr. Bartellas for his exceptional care and encouragement as well as the many doctors and nurses who were involved in Shannon`s delivery and post-natal care.
