MOORE, Patricia Jessie (Pat) - Passed peacefully away after a lengthy illness on August 29, 2003 at her home Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. Patricia Jessie (Pat) Moore. She was 65 years of age. Predeceased by her parents, James and Elsie Waugh; sister Sadie Hayward. Left to mourn are husband Terry; son Darren (wife Lisa) of Milltown, NL; daughter Pam (husband Dave King) of Portugal Cove; also leaving to mourn are sister Shirley Snow; four grandchildren: Thomas and Robert King, Adam and Jacob Moore and a large circle of other relatives and friends. Rev. Randy Lockyer will conduct funeral services on Monday, September 1, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. from Holy Trinity Anglican Church with interment at The Anglican Cemetery, Union St., Grand Falls-Windsor. August 30, 2003 HANLON, Edward Patrick (January 7, 1916 - August 30, 2003) - While in the presence of his family, Edward passed away at the Health Sciences Centre. He has now passed into salvation with his beloved wife Mary Mildred (2002). Edward retired in 1981 from the federal Department of Public Works and Government Services-Heating Section in Pleasantville. Edward (Ned) was a veteran of the Second World War, serving in His Majesty`s Royal Navy from 1939-1945, and was an active member of the Naval Association. Ever cherishing his memory are his four children who will always remember his determination and guidance: Gerard (Sharon McManus), Paul (Carol Wall), Cecelia (Tolson Hynes), Edward (Margaret Whitten). Ed Will be forever in the minds and hearts of his five grandchildren: Brendan (Karen Mills) Hanlon, Edward Hanlon, Kristina (Dave) Reid, Karen Churchill and Keri Churchill, and his three great-grandsons: Tyler, Douglas and Noah Hanlon. Also leaving to mourn, special family members: b! rother Michael, nephews Larry (Margie), John (Maureen) and Paul (Alice) Connolly, Rose Prowse and family, nephews John and Kevin Coady and dear friends Warren Churchill, Phyllis (Jerry) McClendon and many Naval Association Eastern Command comrades. August 30, 2003 PARROTT, Jerome, M. - Gently and peacefully on August 29, 2003 in the presence of his loving family at the Health Sciences Centre, Jerome M. Parrott of Mount Carmel, age 63 years, was called by his loving father to his heavenly home, free of pain and suffering of his courageous battle with cancer.
