BREEN, Mary Elizabeth (Mollie) Murphy - Passed peacefully away on July 27, 2003, Mary Elizabeth Breen in her 93rd year. Predeceased by infant daughter Joan, husband Herb, brothers Chris, Rob, Bill and Hubert, sisters Doris, Madeline and Ellen. Leaving to mourn with many fond memories her sons Gordon (Glenna), Stan (Betty), five precious grandchildren, six precious great-grandchilden, sisters Nora and Win, brothers Nelson and Phillip and their families and a large circle of friends. At Mary`s request cremation has taken place. A period of visitation for family and friends on Thursday, Aug. 14 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Friday, Aug. 15 10 a.m.-12 noon. Funeral service to take place on Friday from St. Thomas` Anglican Church at 2 p.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Forest Road. July 28, 2003 CALLAHAN, Maria - Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre, St. John`s on Sunday, July 27, 2003 in the presence of her family Maria Callahan (formerly of New Perlican) age 79 years. Predeceased by husband Arch 1996, grandson David Cluney 1976. Leaving to mourn her family: Adelaide (Eric Cluney), Louise (Mike Cahill), Peggy (Job Parsons), Steve (Donna), Claudette (Freeman Keats), and Marilyn (Fred Mills); 16 grandchildren two brothers Clifford Peddle (Daisy), George Peddle (Lillian), one sister Priscilla Green (Oliver), three sisters-in-law Jane Peddle, Marie Somerton (Gerry) and Claire Hussey, one brother-in-law Terry Doyle also a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
