CAUL, Larry Gerard - Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit on Saturday, July 12, 2003, age 50 years. Predeceased by his mother Mary, 1973. Leaving to mourn his wife Wavey (nee Mews); son Rod, daughter Sherry, granddaughter Annabelle; father James, brothers: Kevin (Cathy), James (Donna), Derm (Isabelle) and Joseph; sisters: Bernice Mullaly (Don), Eileen Kennell (James), Helen Breault (Gaston); mother-in-law Ethel Mews; brothers-in-law: Enos (Gloria), Max (Edna), Cordell (Tammy) and Don (Elaine); sisters-in-law: Frances (Wayne) and Margaret, as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Caul`s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Sunday from 12 noon-10 p.m. and Monday and Tuesday 10 a.m.-10 p.m. Funeral Mass on Wednesday, July 16, 2003, at 9:30 a.m. from St. Patrick`s Church. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. July 14, 2003 COSTIGAN, (Warren) Mary Jane (Williams) - Passed peacefully away surrounded by her family at St. Patrick`s Mercy Home on July 12, 2003, in her 88th year. Predeceased by her husbands William Warren and Richard Costigan. Leaving to mourn her children Muriel Gregory (Walt), Mike Warren (Marcella), Patricia Stockwood (Milt), Marie Power (Ray deceased), Tom Warren (Fran), Agnes English (Alex), Dick Costigan (Peg), Leo Costigan and special daughter-in-law Shirley, 26 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren. Sisters: Sheila Gushue, Bonnie Lane, Jane Chafe, Angela Nugent, Theresa Emberly, Eileen Harding, Kathleen Mundon and special sister Edna Whalen (Jesse), sisters-in-law Sophie Williams and Ann McGrath. July 14, 2003 HARNUM, David M. May 31, 1930 - July 13, 2003- Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Complex on Sunday, July 13, 2003, David Harnum of Heart`s Delight, aged 73 years. Predeceased by parents Jessie and Kenneth Harnum, daughter-in-law Linda (Hussey). Leaving to mourn; wife Nita, two sons Rick (Cathy) St. John`s, Jeff (Debbie) Heart`s Delight, grandchildren: David and Katie, St. John`s, Teiha, Trista and Taylor, Heart`s Delight. Brother Ken (Joan), sisters: Betty Rogers, Marilyn Green (Ken), St. John`s. Special aunt, Minnie Diamond, Glovertown. Also loved and remembered by a large number of other relatives and friends. July 14, 2003 HAWLEY, Jane Elizabeth - Passed peacefully away at the Palliative Care Unit of the Miller Centre on Sunday, July 13, 2003, age 54 years. Leaving to mourn her cherished daughter Maggie Walsh, devoted parents Jerry and Betty (Hawley), brothers Karl and Keith, sister Jill (Craig Monahan), nephews Adam and John (Hawley), Sean (Monahan) and niece Beth (Monahan) and a large number of family and friends. Remains resting at Caul`s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation Monday, July 14 and Tuesday, July 15 from 2 p.m.-5 p.m. and 7 p.m.-10 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Wednesday, July 16, 9:45 a.m. from St. Pius X Church. July 14, 2003 LEAR, Minnie - Passed peacefully away on Sunday, July 13, 2003 at the Palliative Care Unit at the Leonard A. Miller Centre, Minnie Lear (nee Rideout) of Seal Cove, age 80 years. Predeceased by her husband Herbert 2002, sons Kevin 1946 and Larry 1978. Leaving to mourn three sons Calvin (Brenda), Wallace (Alice), Richard (Diane), all of Seal Cove. Nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, one sister Henrietta Butler, two brothers Jabez Rideout (Beckie), Hedley Rideout (Clara), two brothers-in-law Alex Lear (Barbara), ONT., Henry Lear, Burin. Also a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at the James J. Hickey Memorial Funeral Home, Kelligrews. Funeral service on Tuesday, July 15 at 2 p.m. at St. Peter`s Church, Upper Gullies. Interment at the Anglican Cemetery, Upper Gullies. No flowers by request.
