CONNORS, Mary Agnes (nee Richardson) - Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick`s Mercy Home on Tuesday, September 23rd, 2003, in her 100th year, Mary Agnes, widow of the late John Connors of St. John`s and daughter of the late John and Jane Richardson of St. John`s. Leaving to mourn her special family, nephews: Edward Greene (Linda) and family, St. John`s, NL, Jack Greene (Elsie) and family, Dartmouth, NS; niece Patricia Fisher (Henry, deceased) and family, St. John`s, NL; also the family of her late niece, RoseMary Cichanowicz (Joe, deceased) of Miller`s Falls, Mass., USA. Fondly remembered by other relatives and friends. Resting at St. Patrick`s Mercy Home Chapel, Elizabeth Avenue on Thursday, September 25th. Visiting hours 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, September 26th at 11 a.m. from St. Patrick`s Mercy home Chapel. (Frank) - Passed peacefully away at St. Patrick`s Mercy Home on Wednesday, September 24, 2003, surrounded by his loving family, Frank Forristall, age 85 years. Predeceased by his darling wife, Helen (Shapter) on August 20th, 1664. Leaving to mourn his loss, yet celebrate his life, are his children: Frank Forristall (Joan), Maureen Veitch (Gerry), Denise Dodd (Mike), Brian Forristall (Barb) and Brenda Gaulton (Bill); and his precious grandchildren: John (Sheila), Helen (Ken) and Matthew (Cara) Forristall; Susan, John (Valerie) and Michael Veitch; Michael and Stephanie Dodd; Jennifer and Ashley Forristall; Lesley (Colin) and Melissa Gaulton. Miller Centre Palliative Care Unit, surrounded by his loving family, on September 24, 2003, age 75 years. Predeceased by his loving wife Rita, April 2002; father Stan; mother Gertrude; sister Irene and brother Angus. Leaving to mourn with treasured memories, son Ron Jr. (Judy); daughters: Debbie Chaytor (Garry), Dianne Penney (Selby), Lori O`Keefe (Patrick); also leaving to mourn their cherished poppy are his grandchildren: Devin, Susan, John (Jacquie), Terry (Angie), Dani, Jennifer, Chris, Patrick and Ashley; great-grandchildren: Travis and Makayla. Miller Centre. ³Not Bad B`y² September 25, 2003 TULK, Victor Leroy - Passed away at the Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on September 23, 2003, Victor Tulk in his 92nd year, of Fair Haven. Predeceased by wife Dorothy Storery; brother Ted; sisters: Ethel, Imrie and Phyllis Tulk. Mr. Tulk was born on Bell Island on June 6, 1912. At the age of 12, his family moved to Randolph, Mass., where he resided until 1998. He returned to Fair Haven, NL and resided with his relatives, Mrs. Florrie Dicks. Left to mourn 2 great-nieces, USA; numerous cousins in NL and Ontario. Resting at the Anglican Church, Fair Haven. Funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 25 at 2:30 p.m. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Fair Haven. September 25, 2003 WALSH, Ellen (Nellie) - Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, September 24, 2003, after a short stay at the Hoyles Nursing Home. Ellen (Nellie) Walsh, age 74. Nellie was a longtime employee of the CNIB and she spent many happy years at Hickman Motors. Predeceased by her parents, Michael and Christina; sister Bride Richards (Fred); brother Tom (Dorothy); aunts: Nellie Cullen and Bride Green. Leaving to cherish her memories, sister, June Crickard (Mike Lacey); very special nephews: Mike Crickard (Donna) and their children: Mandy, Shelly, Michael; Gerald Crickard (Sharon) and their children: David (Tena), Chris, Tammy, Gerald; and a number of special friends: Susan Vietch, Pauline Yetman, Arelene Penney, Edith Coady (Tom), Audrey Penney (Max), Rita Summers (Ron), Barb Osmond (Carl), Sr. Madonna, Sr. Marion Grace and a large circle of family and friends too numerous to mention.
