COOPER, Samuel W. - Died on November 24, 2003, suddenly but peacefully, surrounded with his family`s love at St. Clare`s Hospital, at age 87 years. Predeceased by his wife Florence in 2001. Leaving with wonderful memories are his children: daughter Pam Crossan (Owen), sons Harold (Nancy), Eric (Debbie) and John (Lynn); also left with the warmest of memories are his grandchildren: Steve, Jamie, Grant, Bryan, Hilary, Wesley and Hannah; sisters: Janet Thistle (Ontario), Florence Stevens (Frank) and Pamela Cooper; in-laws Lorraine Parsons (Russell), Cal Sellers (Joyce), Myrtle Penney (George), Alma Adams (Max) and Stella Baggs (Bert); also left with fond memories is a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Barrett`s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue, from 10 am to 10 pm Tuesday and 10 am-12 noon Wednesday. Funeral service 2 pm on Wednesday, November 26, 2003, from Elim Penecostal Tabernacle, corner of Empire Avenue and Ropewalk Lane. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant! Cemetery. Wilkinson Memorial Hospital, Old Perlican, in the loving presence of her devoted family members on November 21, 2003, Mary Fleming, aged 70. Originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, she leaves to mourn the love of her life, Don, and their children, Catherine (Jim Spinney), Bill (Hope), Brian and Kelly; five grandchildren, Cameron, Brock, Daniel, Caitlin and Richard; special friends, Sharon Evans, Frances Broderick and Bernice Woodrow; and many friends and other relatives at home and abroad.
