    3. I wonder if anyone can 'provide enlightenment' to further clarify the numbers following the words, contents of lot in the message below? I suggest that the numbers may refer to the size of the lot or the number of buildings.     3. The "12s ,6d" are certainly shillings and pence, I'd say. As for the 3 numbers on the end, I'm wondering if there was a heading at the top of each column? It feels like these ought to be the number of somethings on the property - # of trees, # of ponds, # of sheds ... ? Regards - Glen C.
