In Carmichael on November 19, 2003. Born Jan. 28, 1911 in St. Johns, Newfoundland. Preceded in death by her husband Raymond R. Howe. Survived by her loving son Raymond, Jr. and his wife Lillian of Sacramento and her sisters, Mary Meehan, Geraldine Murphy, and Margaret Ross, all of St. John, Newfoundland. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in California, Oregan, Newfoundland, and Australia. She was a longtime resident of Sarasota, Florida, and will always be remembered for her tenacity and wonderful sense of humor. Services will be private.
