BAKER, Mildred (Grace) - Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on November 07, 2003, Mildred (Grace) Baker after a long and happy life at age 88 years. Predeceased by her husband Hubert; son Lorne; brothers: Harry (Millicent) Payne and Bert (Gertrude) Payne; sister Gertrude (Hayward) Burden. Leaving to mourn daughters: Myrna Tar (Steven) Edmonton, AB, Norma, St. John`s; sons: Carl (Cathy) Prince George, BC, Mervin (Patricia), Grand Falls/ Windsor, Lowell (Shirley) Sudbury, ON; daughter-in-law Maxine Baker, Edmonton, AB; thirteen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by special nephews Joe Burden (Jean), St. John`s and Wayne Payne (Audrey) Corner Brook; special family friends Maureen Corbett and the Corbett family of St. John`s; as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. Kathleen was a resident of the Callingwooddown`s Senior`s Complex, Clarke`s Beach for the past year and a half. Predeceased by her husband, Michael, son Edward, and daughter, Sharon. Leaving to mourn one sister, Sadie O` Brien, Bell Island. Daughters Mary (Jerry Duggan), Madonna (caregiver, Mrs. Mertyl Dawe, Kelligrews), Kathleen, (Mike) and sons, Thomas (Patricia), Michael (Diane).
