LOCKE - On July 23, 2003 at 6:57 a.m. David and Cassandra were blessed with the birth of their 7 lb. 4 oz. son Nathan David. He is welcomed with love by grandparents Dave and Rita Locke, and John and Frances Smith. Warmest thanks to Dr. Delaney and Dr. Shaw for their special care of both Nathan and Mommy. The staff of the caseroom and the neo-natal intensive care unit at the Janeway Children`s Hospital are amazing. A heartfelt thank-you is also extended to Dr. W. Williams, the staff of the cardiac unit (4D) and the critical care unit at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Thank-you to our family and friends for all your support and prayers. We are truly blessed. October 03, 2003 MALLAY - Sarah is thrilled to announce the safe arrival of her brother, Michael Jacob, on Sept. 19, 2003, weighing 8 lbs. 103/4 ounces. Proud parents are Rob and Annette (nee Alexander). Michael is welcomed by grandparents Patrick and Mary Mallay, Corner Brook, NL and Paschal and Lydia Alexander, Stephenville Crossing, NL. Michael is welcomed by many aunts, uncles and cousins, especially Lauren and Jonathan and he is a ³special brother² for Ashley and Sarah Best. October 03, 2003 MALONEY - Walter and Lynette are very pleased to announce the early but safe arrival of their first child, Erica Marie Thèrsé, born June 8, 2003. Thanks to all the doctors and nurses at the caseroom, 5NB and ICU. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at the Janeway Neonatal intensive care, who provided Erica with excellent care during her stay. To our family and friends who have supported us over the last three months - thank you. Thank you God for this precious gift. We will cherish her always. Rachel Kelly was born at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John`s and weighed in at 7 lbs. 5 oz. Proud grandparents are Dr. Larry Moss, Catherine Bradley, Ed and Daphne Noseworthy. October 03, 2003 NOBLE - Dean and Pauline (nee Kielly) are thrilled to announce the birth of their first child, a healthy baby boy, Lucas Jerome, born at the WHC on September 15, 2003, at 4:34 p.m., weighing 8 lbs. 7 ozs. Finally Daddy`s hockey/golf buddy has arrived! Puppy Mia is very excited! Looking down from heaven are three special angels that ensured Lucas came to us safely. First-time grandparents Jerome and Genevieve Kielly (Mom and Dad I know you were with me every step of the way) and Terry Noble. Proud first-time nanny Bernice Noble also welcomes Lucas, as well as first time Auntie Norah and Uncle Paul Kielly; all can`t wait to spoil him.
