Born on February 27, 1914 in Little Harbour (Harbour Mille), Fortune Bay, he was predeceased by his parents Jacob and Susanah ROSE, Arthur Frederick of Upper Gullies C.B.S. - Entered into eternal rest age 80 years, after a courageous battle with Alzheimers disease, at the Hoyles-Escasoni Complex on Saturday, September 27, 2003. Predeceased by his wife Vera 1973 MARSH, Elizabeth Helen - Elizabeth H. Marsh, age 59, passed away peacefully in the arm of her family at Milton District Hospital on Friday, September 26, 2003. Daughter of Hilda May Rogers (Chaffey) and Frederick Rogers (deceased). Leaving to mourn her loving and devoted husband Winston BUTLER, Eric John - Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at the Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, September 28, 2003, MORGAN, Lillian B. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, September 27, 2003, of Port de Grave, aged 80 years. Predeceased by her husband Harold Stanley Morgan LAYMAN, Madeline Elma (Wheeler) - Passed peacefully away at the Pentecostal Senior Citizens` Home, Clarke`s Beach, on Sunday, September 28, 2003, Madeline (Wheeler) Layman in her 80th year. Predeceased by husbands Tom Wheeler and Reginald Layman HALLIDAY, Chester - Passed away on September 23, 2003 in Toronto after a courageous battle with cancer, Chester Halliday, age 69 years, formerly of St. John`s, NL. Predeceased by his parents Edward Thomas Halliday and Beatrice Blanche (Johnson) Halliday, both of St. John`s, NL; ELLIOT, Reginald - 1922-2003. Died peacefully at home on Sunday, September 28, 2003, Reginald Elliot, age 81 years. Beloved husband of Joyce (French); ALLEN, Malcolm (Max) Hector - Passed peacefully away on September 29, 2003 after a long battle with prostate cancer. Max, in his 67th year, was surrounded by his loving family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Malcolm and Evelyn and brother Cambridge. YETMAN, Clara - Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Saturday, September 27, 2003, Clara Yetman of Coley`s Point, aged 84 years. Predeceased by husband Frank, sister Mildred (Reuben) Mercer, brothers Victor (Annie) Russell, Llewellyn (Frances) Russell and also brothers Allan &Jackie deceased in childhood.
