Joseph, Do you have any Moore connections to Jame Moore and his wife Jane GALLOP Who left Fortune and moved to Codroy in 1835? Pat, in Michigan O
Hi Folks, There were Moores and Gallops in Hermitage Bay in the late 1800's. Does anyone know if those Moores became Morrises because after a certain time I can not find any Moores around in Hermitage Bay! Thomas, I have Kendall as well as Gallop and Moore in my line. James Moore married Jane GALLOP, James Young married Elizabeth GALLOP and William GALLOP married Jane?. They all moved from Fortune to Codroy in 1835 and the GALLOP name in Fortune died out because Mary Anne married James Hickman, Ann married Ben Belbin, Amelia married George Forsey, Susan married James Lake and Grace married Henry Martin. Benjamin married a Jane but no other info on him. John GALLOP of Wiliam and Jane was born in Fortune and married twice in Codroy His first wife was Charlotte Galpin and the second was Sarah Evans whose mother was a Kendall. I have no information on the YOUNG and MOORE families of Codroy as I am still trying to connect all the Gallops that are closer. Nope. My gf Moore was from England and arrived and married in St. John's in 1902. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Pat" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, November 04, 2006 5:58 PM Subject: Re: [NFLD-LAB] GORMAN/ EZEKIEL from Conception Bay > Joseph, > Do you have any Moore connections to Jame Moore and his wife Jane > GALLOP Who left Fortune and moved to Codroy in 1835? > Pat, in Michigan > O > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the > quotes in the subject and the body of the message
