Hello Judy, I was wondering about your property in Newfoundland. I've been thinking about buying a summer house on the Avalon. My parents live in Mount Pearl and are very elderly and they would not be able to keep an eye on it for me. Do you have any problems.? Do you open it and winterize it each year? Are there any security concerns? I think living away from Newfoundland may have me paranoid. How do you manage your property being so far away?
