Henry Crout is likely of Devon originals but retired to Lambeth, Warwickshire. Richard Crout a mariner in Brixham fl. 1659. Richard Crout of the ship: Margaret, made his will 1660 (county not mentioned). A more junior Henry Crout was born at Brixham in 1653, son of John.
