I know there were several families of these names in these locations but I'm not sure of connections earlier than 1900. My husband's grandmother was Minnetta Guy born Nov 1904 who married Adolphus Fifield Born Aug 1902 in Champney's arm Trinity, but they lived in Wild Cove NDB first and then Black Island also NDB. Minetta's parents were William Guy born Mar 1861 in Twillingate/Wild Cove and Elizabeth M Roberts born Oct 1864 Twillingate/Wild Cove. I see lots of Guys and Roberts in Wild Cove in the 1921 Census but who belongs to who and how?
