I have records of a Stephen Cooper from Twillingate & Cottles Island born about 1825. There are conflicting reports as to the name of his wife. One suggestion is that his wife was Mary Elizabeth MINTY, another suggestion is that his wife was Mary Elizabeth JENKINS. My GGrandmother was Mary Elizabeth Jenkins from Greenspond in Bonavista Bay.She Married Robert Brentnall of Gambo @ 1882.
