Bill is 'doing' all the Verge families (2 of Newfoundland and 1 of NS) - I have heard him mention Spurrell. He is down our friend's basement right now putting primer on some lawn deer for the coming Christmas (I have to get him at things early!!) His ancestor Joseph was married in Harbour Grace and it is thought that the Twillingate Verge line is related (from Christchurch, England) but he hasn't found a link to the Trinity ones yet (I believe). Will give him you address - he doesn't have wireless on his laptop so has to wait till he gets home to converse.
