The first William Gallop in Newfoundland married Mary Kearley and had the following children Mary Anne married James Hickman Elizabeth married James Young Anne married Benjamin Belbin Amelia married George Aaron Forsey William married Jane ? Jane married James Moore Susan married James Lake Grace married Henry Martin Benjamin married a Jane? Amelia Gallop daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Gallop married Robert Forward and moved to Sydney in the late 1800's William Gallop moved to Codroy from Fortune in 1835 along with his sisters Jane Moore and Elizabeth Young.
