I have been given 3 dates for his birth or baptism.Before 1795, 1804 and 1810. This is my line.Jane may have been born in 1811 as she was 82 when she died 28 April 1893. From The Codroy Ang Church records. William died at age 82 on 22 Sept 1876 so he might have been born in 1794. This also from Codroy records William his sisters Jane and Elizabeth and their spouses moved to Codroy approx 1835 as their children were received into the Cof E in 1835. Those born in Fortune had been baptised in the Methodist Church James Young and Elizabeth (aka as Betsey) I think had William 1823, Mary Ann 1825 ( in Jacques Fontaine) Thomas 1827 and Amelia in 1830.Elizabeth died 8 Aug 1870 James died 3 July 1874 both in Codroy and buried at Trinity Church.
