I am originally from Western Bay and I would like to inform you that, even though there are no Howells currently living in Western Bay, the last family bearing that name died off within the last ten years or so. Thet lived on the South side. There is also a piece of land on the North side of the community that is still referenced as "Howell's Garden". I expect this belonged to the original Howell families.
