I really don't know anything about Theresa's decent. And as I mentioned before, the Sacrey's are from the Channel Islands, which is mainly British and French I believe. The only Sacrey-Inuit connection that I know of is farther down the line. Thomas's grandson Dorman married an Inuit woman from Nain, so many of the Sacrey descendents are Inuit. 2 or 3 other of Thomas' grandchildren married Mitchell's, who are of Micmac descent. So I don't know if maybe these marriages are why the Sacrey name has been associated with the background. Sorry I can't be of more help.
