I know this is not the right place to search for living people but I thought I might give it a try as I have my partner's permission. We are looking for a Judy and Tina Parsons born in Newfoundland in the 1960's. Parents names are Patricia (Patsy -Pats) Parsons nee Vicars and Winston Parsons both from Newfoundland. Due to separation and divorce the children of the marriage were put into foster homes throughout the province. Last heard Judy and Tina are living in Nova Scotia or Ontario.
