    3. Vera - happens to all of us, to varying degrees, and with various success in recovering. Sorry that the lesson was so painful. I'm sure you'll get far more suggestions of "better ways to run your computer" than you ever wanted <grin>. My NL names include ANTLE, CHALKER, NOEL, PARKER, SMALLWOOD and some bits and pieces of others. Good luck! 3. Hi Edd - my NOEL connection is Patience NOEL (b. ~1803, d. 17 May 1868) m. 6 Jan 1824 in Brigus to John ANTLE (b. ~1802, d. 24 Apr 1850). They were both from Brigus / Riverhead and spent their lives there so far as I know. I have 9 children listed for them (and can follow some of those descendants): Mary (b.1826) Emma (b.1829) Elizabeth Ellen (b.1832) Patience Anne (b.1833, m. Samuel ROSE) William James (b.1833?, m. Elizabeth CURTIS) John Isaac (b.1838) Stephen (b.1840, m. Lydia CHALKER) Victoria Susannah (b.1845, m. John BARNES) Caroline Munden (b.1848) Sorry, but I have no MORTIMERs in there anywhere.
