    1. [NFLD-LAB] Cooper/ Minty/ Jenkins
    2. Gerald & Margaret Major
    3. I have records of a Stephen Cooper from Twillingate & Cottles Island born about 1825. There are conflicting reports as to the name of his wife. One suggestion is that his wife was Mary Elizabeth MINTY, another suggestion is that his wife was Mary Elizabeth JENKINS. Does anyone have any records or can otherwise verify what Mary Elizabeth's maiden name was? Many Thanks Margaret Head Major

    3. Donna I transcribe the obituaries from The Western Star but I don't see one for Cooke. I'll keep an eye out for it. There's another newspaper, The Humber Log, published for the Corner Brook area and it may be in that - unfortunately I don't have access to that paper. 3. Hi Derek, It's Barb, you are researching the Rideouts. I also have some on my Curtis side. Suppia Susan Curtis b. 29 Feb 1844 married Alfred Rideout 21 Oct 1862, he was b. 19 Jan 1843. I have them with quite a lot of children. Would this be a line you are searching?
