Hi Dorothy. The only Pamelia Newton that I have in my line was born in 1847. Some of the Newtons did move into Ohio and Indiana but I haven't been able to trace them as yet. I have the same trouble tracing the women side of the family. It seems they didn't make enough or any records of them back then. There are others searching for Pamelia Newton on the GenForum. No doubt you've seen these but in case you haven't, just search for Pamelia at the bottom of the Newton page. Sorry I don't have any other info. Jim Newton
