It was published in 1915 by her husband, I believe. I found a microfiche copy in the Fort Worth Public Library and a hard copy in the Marlborough, MA public library. There are probably microfice copies in a number of good family history centers. A good reference librarian can tell you where the nearest copy is. I am a part of that line also; Elijah Newton was my g-g-grandfather, and in a long footnote following the entry on Elijah it mentions my mother an her siblings. Peace, Jud
