    3. I would be interested in the book also, as my Newtons came from VA, and not sure of the stops in between, but they settled in Iowa..thanks for sharing.. The pages that was about our family was copied by a cousin and sent to me I will try to contact him and get the information. I was told that his mother or aunt bought it in 1930 and paid about $150. for it . It is three inches thick and about letter paper size. It only had about seven pages on our family. It may have been a geneoligy type published book . On the pages he sent me it has the Newton Crest and some information about the Newton name. It also had a picture of John Willis Newton, which I believe is his grandfather. It also had mention of one of the James with the middle name of Marion . I have not been able to find out for sure what the M. stood for in the James M. Newton that I am looking for. Will send information about book as soon as I can get it. Dottie
