We're interested in acquiring as much information as possible on this Surname. Anyways, my wife's Great Grandmother who is Helen Newton b. January 23, 1896, in Maple Rapids, Michigan, and d. May 5, 1988 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, was married to Aubrey Glenn Sr. Brooks. Helen's parents were Ezra Ide Perin Newton, b. August 16, 1858 in Maple Rapids, Michigan, and d. August 25, 1925. Place of death is unknown. Helen's mother was Winifred Payne. (Might be spelled Paine.)
